Individuals and legal entities registered with the Ministry’s Registration System with up-to-date data are eligible to apply.

Companies established as general partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint-stock companies may apply as legal entities, provided their articles of association specify that they will engage in agricultural production.

Individuals and the companies mentioned above can apply by leasing their own land or the specified investment areas for a minimum of five years or more. Irrigation cooperatives, agricultural development cooperatives, agricultural credit cooperatives, and irrigation unions can also apply as legal entities by leasing their own land or public land for a period of ten years or more, provided their articles of association stipulate that they are authorized to engage in agricultural production.

The total amount of goods purchased for the grant cannot exceed 10,000,000 TL.
50% of the total amount of goods purchased for the grant, excluding VAT, will be supported through grants.

Within the scope of rural development support, applications cannot be submitted for lands that have received individual irrigation grant support within the last five years for the investment areas specified in (a), (b), (c), and (ç) above. However, if grant support has previously been received for a portion of the parcel, applications can be submitted for the remaining portion of the parcel, provided the above conditions are met.

Information about the application can be obtained from our Provincial/District Directorates. Producers should be careful to ensure that their registrations are completed/updated in the Ministry’s registration systems, which is the primary criterion for applications.
